Bryce Basics - 3D Environment Construction
iLearning Experience™ Workshop Description
In the Bryce Basics 3D Environment Construction workshop, students are introduced to the world of 3D. Students start by becoming familiar with the Bryce interface, features, and tools which are common to many 3D modeling programs. Students will learn how to set up 3D scenes as they create, edit and polish their 3D worlds, building land, air, and water objects.
Once the 3D world is established, students will continue to explore the 3D environment by inserting, arranging, and organizing their objects within their 3D world. Students will use the preset Libraries to change materials, terrains and other object properties. Using lighting to alter the effects of your 3D objects and environments will be explored using Skymodes.
Finally students will learn how to publish their projects, including the different output formats available. The workshop will wrap up with a discussion on how to use their finished projects in other applications.
